Solvere HR was founded in 2016 by our owner, Reagan Freed, who has worked as an accomplished HR executive for over 20 years. Throughout her career, Reagan has worked across a number of industries and with many global companies to support their organizational goals and improve their bottom line.
Reagan is a certified SHRM-SCP and specializes in HR strategy, employee engagement, compliance/policy development, process improvement, and leadership development. Reagan holds her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Denver, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado State HR Council. As a small business expert, Reagan partners with the Boulder Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to provide HR consulting services.
Liza Towne serves as our Principal Consultant at Solvere HR. Over her HR career, Liza has supported a plethora of businesses across the globe in both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. By leveraging her extensive HR experience, Liza specializes in employee relations, risk management, recruitment and retention, performance management, and diversity and inclusion.
Liza has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Bellevue University, NE and is PHR certified. Liza stays current and active in the HR community with her memberships with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Association of the Midlands (HRAM). When Liza isn’t focusing on HR initiatives, she is volunteering her time to support diversity and inclusivity initiatives in her community by working with various LGBTQIA organizations.
Stacey Bledsoe brings over 20 years of human resources expertise to the Solvere HR team. Stacey has served as a trusted HR advisor and executive coach for leadership teams across the United States. From nonprofits and healthcare organizations to construction firms and finance operations, Stacey’s experience spans all types and sizes of businesses including public, private, Fortune 500 companies, and family-owned shops.
Stacey earned her Bachelor’s in Management from Samford University and Master’s in Human Resources Management from Rollins College. Stacey is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certified through ICF and holds at CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) through CTI. Additionally, she is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified. Stacey has an incredibly thorough understanding of the HR competencies needed to effectively manage the Human Resources function in any organization.
Merkitha Johnson has an impressive 16 years of experience across all HR disciplines. Throughout her career, Merkitha has become adeptly skilled at developing programs for employee engagement, recruitment and retention, conflict resolution, and employee/labor relations. As she has supported small, mid-sized, and large organizations across numerous industries, Merkitha has spearheaded several full-cycle and high-volume recruitment initiatives in multi-site organizations.
Merkitha holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oakwood University and is a SHRM certified member. While she enjoys every facet of HR, Merkitha is passionate about helping organizations discover the right talent for their operations.
